Securing legal rights and local dispute resolution for vulnerable, marginalized rural communities and women.
Implemented in partnership with the Madaripur Legal Aid Association (MLAA) and Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF), the PAJ project empowers disadvantaged groups to seek justice without exorbitant legal fees. It revitalizes traditional mediation through local Salish and official Union Parishad Village Courts, organizes courtyard legal-awareness sessions, and builds local government accountability.
