Supported by Oxfam Novib, WLDM establishes Ward Women Disaster Management Committees (WWDMCs) in remote Char regions. The initiative equips women leaders and adolescent volunteers with early warning loudspeakers, establishes community food/rice banks for crisis periods, installs flood-level monitoring pillars, and connects women farmers directly with agri-dealers and markets.
